If you have not already done this, insert the SD card into the computer. Etcher will detect it automatically. If you have inserted more than one SD card, you will have to select the right one.

Click on "Flash!" button.

The Etcher will create a bootable SD card for you and perform a validation as to whether it was done correctly. Once the process is complete, the SD card will be ejected.

Device Setup

Insert the SD card into your Raspberry Pi 3, then establish a connection to the Internet. Insert the Micro USB cable to power the Raspberry Pi 3.

It will take about 3 minutes to see the Raspberry Pi 3 on the resin.io dashboard. As you wait for the partitions on the SD card to be expanded, install a custom Linux environment, then establish a secure connection with the servers.
